A well-designed Solar Hot Water Heating System will provide 50-70% of your annual hot water requirements and in suitable circumstances, a part of your space heating. For the remainder an auxiliary heat source is required for which we can specify biomass boilers, providing a carbon-neutral solution. When there is no option but to use fossil fuels, the most efficient condensing boilers and controls are specified.
Whatever the chosen solution, our aim is always to design an integrated system that utilises the maximum amount of energy from the sun. For this purpose we always prefer to collaborate as early as possible in the design stage of a refurbishment or new build.
